Report a casino: withdrawal times and complaints from Irish players

Two kinds of report are useful. A withdrawal report, good or bad, tells other players how long a casino really takes. A complaint report adds a dated case to the record that decides whether a brand goes on the blacklist. Nothing is published unreviewed and nothing you write here appears verbatim.

If the casino owes you money
  1. Keep every screenshot, email and chat transcript, with dates.
  2. Complain in writing to the casino and ask for a case reference.
  3. If the casino is licensed, complain to the regulator named on the licence and to the dispute body it recognises.
  4. If it is not licensed, ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback. Time limits apply.
  5. If gambling itself is the problem, call the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 936 725, free and open 24 hours.
What the reports become

How a report turns into a number on a page

Withdrawal reports are grouped by casino and by payment method, and the median number of days becomes the "reported payout time" shown in that casino's review and on the fastest withdrawal page once there are enough reports to mean something. A single report is never shown on its own, and no note you write is published.

Complaint reports are read by the desk, checked against the pattern on public review platforms, and counted towards the four tests on the blacklist. A casino does not go on the register because of one report; it goes on because the reports agree with each other and with the public record, and the entry shows its evidence with a date.

Reports that turn out to be about a casino that does not accept Irish players, or about a game outcome rather than a payment or account problem, are filed and not counted. If you are unsure whether your case fits, send it anyway; sorting is the desk's job.

Questions about reporting a casino

4 questions

Will my report be published?

01
Not as written. Reports are counted and summarised: a median payout time by method, a complaint pattern by casino. Your note is read by the desk and never shown to anyone else.

Do I need to give my name or email?

02
No. The form asks for the casino, the kind of report, the method, an amount band, the number of days and an optional note. No personal data is requested and none should be typed into the note.

When is the XP credited?

03
After the desk has reviewed the report, usually within a few days. It lands on the ticket that sent the report, so send it from the browser you play on.

What should I do while I wait for a withdrawal?

04
Complete verification if the casino has asked for documents, keep every message, and complain in writing to the casino for a case reference. If the delay passes the time stated in the terms, complain to the licensing regulator named on the licence.
