How a casino earns a place on the casino blacklist: four tests and the online casino scams behind them

The licence
No licence from a regulator that publishes a register, while the casino accepts players from the Republic of Ireland. On its own this is enough for Avoid. A footer badge is not a licence; the register entry is.

The complaints
Not one bad experience. Recurring, independently posted reports of the same behaviour, typically withdrawals delayed after verification or bonus winnings confiscated, across at least two sources. The score, the volume and the date are recorded.

A fine, a licence condition, a suspension or a warning from any regulator, with the amount, the year and the failing named.

Is every casino not on the casino blacklist safe?

Keep every screenshot and email. Complain in writing to the casino first, then to its licensing regulator if it has one, and to an alternative dispute resolution body the regulator recognises.
